Job summary

Target Engineering and Construction Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman – Carpentry to lead formwork and carpentry activities on major UAE EPC projects.

You will supervise carpenters, manage materials, ensure safety, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet milestones. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of carpentry/formwork experience, a relevant diploma, and proven leadership in high-rise, infrastructure, or oil & gas settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in carpentry or construction trades.
• 8–10 years in carpentry/formwork on civil, industrial or oil & gas projects.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple crews on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute formwork construction for foundations, columns, walls, beams, slabs and marine structures.
• Coordinate with rebar, concrete, and other trades to maintain workflow.
• Lead toolbox talks, shift handovers and daily progress reporting.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
