Job summary
Al KHAT AL HANDASI REINFORCED CARPENTRY & STEEL WORK is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead shuttering and formwork teams on concrete projects in Dubai. You will read structural drawings, plan daily work, and ensure precise formwork installation before casting.
Strong leadership and GCC/UAE project exposure are valued. Ideal candidates have at least five years in reinforced concrete carpentry, with proven foreman experience and a solid grasp of formwork installation, alignment and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction carpentry, preferably in reinforced concrete and formwork.
- Proven experience as Carpenter Foreman / Shuttering Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of shuttering, formwork and concrete-related carpentry works.
- Ability to read structural drawings and measurements.
- GCC/UAE construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise carpentry teams for shuttering and formwork works.
- Plan and distribute daily work among carpenters and workers.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and specs.
- Ensure correct formwork alignment, leveling and installation before casting.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other teams.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials.
- Inspect works to ensure quality and safety.
- Enforce site safety procedures.
