Job summary

Leading Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise carpentry and formwork at construction sites in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead teams, read drawings, and ensure work aligns with approved plans for high‑rise, residential, and villa projects.

The role requires strong leadership,coordination skills and a track record in shuttering and formwork. UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman.
• Strong experience in shuttering, formwork, and civil construction works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily carpentry and formwork activities at site.
• Manage carpenters and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork details.
• Ensure shuttering, formwork, and carpentry works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, alignment, leveling, and finishing of carpentry works.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for work progress.
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials required for carpentry activities.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work meets project quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at site.
• Maintain daily work progress updates and report site requirements.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry works for high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily carpentry and formwork activities at site.
• Manage carpenters and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork details.
• Ensure shuttering, formwork, and carpentry works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
