Job summary

A world-class tertiary-care hospital in Dubai is expanding its Heart & Vascular Institute and seeks a Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon to join its international cardiac sciences team. The role covers high-complexity procedures in a state-of-the-art hybrid environment with advanced imaging and dedicated cardiac ICU.

The successful candidate will perform complex cardiovascular surgeries, provide comprehensive perioperative care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary Heart Team to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience of 5+ years post board certification or consultant level.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH Consultant licensing.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, valve and aortic surgery.
• Manage ascending, arch and thoracic aortic reconstruction and emergency cases.
• Deliver pre-operative planning, post-operative care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Engage in Heart Team meetings and contribute to governance, CME and research.
