Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a senior Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesiology in Dubai to provide advanced perioperative care for adult and pediatric cardiac surgery, thoracic procedures, and interventional treatments. Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Residency in Anesthesiology completed.
• Fellowship/subspecialty in Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology.
• DHA licensing eligibility for Dubai preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist anesthesia services for cardiac, thoracic, and major vascular surgeries.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments including cardiac function and risk.
• Review labs, ECGs, echocardiograms and imaging.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans based on risk and procedure.
• Perform and manage transesophageal echocardiography intra-operatively.
• Manage intraoperative hemodynamic monitoring and CPB transitions.
• Support perioperative critical care and postoperative handovers.
• Respond to emergencies and lead crisis management.
