Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 12 years in business architecture, strategy, program management or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in risk management, governance, planning and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience guiding multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating operating models, governance frameworks and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead business architecture and operating model transformation for complex orgs.
• Define scope, capabilities governance and target operating models.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Establish governance, controls, risk management and performance measures.
• Collaborate with executives to align objectives with tech capabilities.
• Support process optimization, organizational design and change management.
• Lead PMO and program governance activities for delivery success.
• Oversee estimation, budgeting, resource planning and delivery assurance.
• Identify risks and dependencies across programs.
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation and improvement.
