Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture.
• Proven success in delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills – value streams, capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across private and public sectors.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, verbal and written.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Architect to support our clients in defining business strategy and aligning business and technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex challenges and supporting end-to-end transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks and blueprints across sectors, with a focus on transport and infrastructure
• Design target operating models, value streams, and capability maps aligned with strategic goals
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops with C-level stakeholders and provide advisory support during transformation journeys
• Conduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and impact analyses across business units
• Align business and digital strategy, ensuring coherence between operating models and enabling technology
• Document business processes and identify areas for optimisation and innovation
• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and client pitches as part of business development

Required Experience and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architecture
• Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes, preferably with C-suite exposure
• Deep understanding of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks
• Strong analytical and modelling skills – value streams, capabilities
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across private and public sectors
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, aviation, or mobility sectors
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
