Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance expertise to join the Dubai team onsite. You will gather business requirements, craft BRDs, participate in RFPs, and drive QA/UAT testing to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate for an onsite Dubai role. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance modules.
• Experience in preparing BRDs for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives.
• Strong communication and onsite Dubai work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs for Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance initiatives.
• Participate in the RFP process: define functional requirements, evaluate vendor solutions.
• Conduct functional QA/UAT testing and validate requirements.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams for seamless delivery.
• Leverage experience with Third Party Integration for Oracle EBS/Fusion where applicable.
