Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Senior Analyst to design information processing systems by analyzing business and technical processes. You will coordinate with business and technology teams and lead continuous improvement within a SAFe framework.

You will gather requirements, define scope and objectives, and apply quantitative data analysis to measure processes. Mentoring junior analysts will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to team growth and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or SQL scripting.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to document complex data and reporting projects.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical processes to develop information processing systems.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams.
• Serve as a lead analyst for continuous process improvement and change management.
• Conduct requirements gathering and define scope and objectives.
• Use quantitative analysis for data and process measurement.
• Act as an instrumental player in a SAFe scrum team.
• Provide guidance and coach less experienced professionals.
