Job summary

ATRIBS SOFTWARE SYSTEMS Pvt Ltd in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business and technology in banking projects. You will elicit requirements, document BRDs, and translate needs into epics and user stories for delivery teams.

You will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure compliant, streamlined digital banking solutions, including onboarding and KYC workflows, while upholding regulatory governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE banking institutions or international corporate environments.
• Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
• Strong domain knowledge across banking products, customer onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
