Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
Significant construction supervision experience involving bridges and viaducts.
Strong understanding of major road and infrastructure construction.
Experience reviewing structural shop drawings and technical submissions.

Responsibilities

Support the Resident Engineer in supervising bridge, viaduct, and related structural construction.
Coordinate structural activities with engineers across the wider construction supervision team.
Review contractor shop drawings for technical compliance and constructability.
Evaluate structural design proposals and recommend appropriate technical responses.
Assess method statements before implementation of critical construction activities.
Review correspondence associated with bridge works and prepare technical recommendations for the Resident Engineer.
Liaise with Parsons design engineers to resolve design queries and construction-related technical issues.
