Job summary

Egis Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Project Manager for Vehicular Bridges and Tunnels Maintenance to oversee all aspects of multi-site infrastructure projects. You will drive planning, coordination, budgets, safety, and reporting to ensure longevity and efficiency of assets across the UAE.

The role demands 12–15 years in bridge maintenance, PMP/PRINCE2 familiarity, and leadership across diverse teams, with travel to project sites within Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 12–15 years in bridge maintenance or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of bridge engineering and maintenance practices.
• PM methodologies: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans for bridge maintenance and repair.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assess bridge conditions.
• Enforce safety protocols to meet local and international standards.
• Analyze risks and prepare mitigation strategies; provide detailed reports.
• Stay current with maintenance technologies and best practices.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities; mentor team.
