Western Bainoona Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for bridge and road projects in Abu Dhabi.

This role requires extensive experience in UAE infrastructure, overseeing technical and quality controls, ensuring project compliance and successful delivery. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 15–18+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 15–18+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in bridge and road projects.
• Strong UAE infrastructure experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record managing large bridge, interchange, and highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage all site construction activities related to bridge, road, and infrastructure works.
• Develop and manage construction plans, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications.
