Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Female Consultant Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant breast conditions, performing advanced breast surgical procedures, and delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a recognized Residency in General Surgery.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Breast Surgery, Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, or Surgical Oncology with a focus on breast diseases.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast diseases.
• Perform breast-conserving surgeries, mastectomies, sentinel node biopsies, and axillary dissections.
• Coordinate with radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, and pathologists.
• Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative follow-up.
• Educate patients on breast cancer screening and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation per DHA regulations.
• Participate in audits, research, and clinical education.
