Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant - Breast Oncoplastic Surgery in Dubai, UAE. The role targets a senior surgeon with expertise in breast cancer surgery, oncoplastic reconstruction, and multidisciplinary breast care to deliver comprehensive care for malignant and benign breast conditions.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MBChB/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in General Surgery, Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, or equivalent specialty.
• Board Certification or equivalent recognized specialist qualification.
• Fellowship or formal subspecialty training in Breast Surgery, Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, or Surgical Oncology is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, surgical planning, and follow-up for breast cancer and benign breast conditions.
• Perform breast-conserving surgery and lumpectomy with clear oncological margins and good cosmetic outcomes.
• Apply oncoplastic techniques during breast-conserving procedures as appropriate.
• Perform skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomy when indicated.
• Conduct sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary dissection as needed.
• Manage complex breast cancer cases and coordinate reconstructive planning with plastic surgeons.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings and contribute to cancer planning and audit.
