The ideal candidate possesses 8–10 years post-specialization, fellowship in Breast Surgery or surgical oncology, and a Dubai-licensing path. The position emphasizes high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with approved residency in General Surgery.
• Fellowship/training in Breast Surgery/Oncoplastic Surgery or Surgical Oncology.
• Eight to ten years post-specialization experience as a Consultant Breast Surgeon.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage benign, malignant, and high-risk breast conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive breast assessments including history and examination.
• Review mammography, ultrasound, MRI, pathology and other diagnostics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy.
