Job summary
Allocation Assist Middle East in Dubai invites an experienced Consultant - Breast Surgical Oncology to lead surgical management of breast cancer and benign breast disease, coordinating with oncology, radiology, pathology and reconstructive teams for coordinated patient care.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years breast surgery experience minimum.
- Arabic-speaking capability is essential.
- Valid UAE license or eligibility for consultant licensing in Dubai.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with reconstructive procedures is required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage breast conditions from diagnosis through postoperative care.
- Coordinate with oncology, radiology, pathology and reconstructive teams.
- Perform mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast-conserving surgery as appropriate.
- Oversee reconstruction planning with plastic surgery colleagues.
- Communicate treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
