Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Female Consultant Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon for a Dubai-based opportunity. The role delivers consultant-level assessment, surgical treatment and ongoing management of malignant and benign breast disease, with emphasis on oncological safety and reconstruction planning.

You will perform breast-conserving and mastectomy procedures, including sentinel node biopsy and axillary dissection, while collaborating with radiology, pathology, oncology and plastic

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree and UAE-licensing eligibility.
• Advanced training in breast surgery and oncoplastic techniques.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage breast cancer and benign breast conditions at consultant level.
• Perform breast-conserving surgery and lumpectomy when appropriate.
• Undertake oncoplastic procedures tailored to the patient.
• Perform skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomy where indicated.
• Conduct sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary dissection.
• Manage reconstruction planning and collaboration with plastic surgeons.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetings and treatment planning.
• Provide detailed pre-operative counseling on treatment options and outcomes.
• Deliver postoperative care and manage complications as needed.
• Contribute to audits, education, and service development.
