A Snapshot of Your Day

The Organization is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead high-impact, cross-divisional campaigns across the MENA region. This role involves unifying the brand’s presence during cultural moments, forging data-driven partnerships, and shaping how the Organization connects with diverse consumer categories. The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of marketing experience, with expertise in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and partnership development across multiple markets.

How You Will Make an Impact?
  1. Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-divisional regional campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, World Cup, national celebrations).
  2. Develop full-fledged marketing toolkits (ATL, BTL, digital, retail, PR, influencer) for scalable market rollouts.
  3. Ensure campaigns align with global brand guidelines while being locally relevant for MENA audiences.
  4. Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships to expand consumer reach and enrich the ecosystem.
  5. Drive data-driven partnerships for CRM enrichment, precision targeting, and measurable consumer engagement.
  6. Manage long-term partner relationships to unlock co-marketing, co-branding, and joint innovation opportunities.
  7. Define clear campaign KPIs and build post-campaign performance reports to ensure measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Need?
  1. Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a multinational consumer electronics, FMCG, or tech environment.
  2. Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-market brand campaigns.
  3. Strong track record in forging and managing external partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
  4. Experience managing multi-agency ecosystems and cross-functional teams.
  5. Solid understanding of digital, influencer, CRM, and retail marketing in the MENA region.
  6. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
