Job summary

Finclutech Ltd FZCO is seeking an experienced senior designer to lead visually compelling campaigns across digital, print, retail and event branding in Dubai. You will craft social media creatives, banners, and print collateral while maintaining brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with familiarity in AI design tools and basic 3D visualization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional design experience across digital, print, retail and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showing creative depth, brand thinking and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Figma with component-based design systems.
• Experience with AI design tools and generative platforms.
• Familiarity with basic 3D visualization tools.
• Solid typography, layout, color theory and large-format production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design social media creatives and ad visuals to boost brand visibility.
• Develop instructional materials by turning product processes into clear graphical layouts.
• Create website banners and digital creatives per size and format requirements.
• Produce print collateral ready for production: flyers, brochures, leaflets, etc.
• Design event branding assets: banners, backdrops, standees, visual installations.
• Develop in-store branding elements like danglers, signage, kiosks.
• Produce large-format outdoor ads for taxis, buses, billboards with high impact.
• Design branded merchandise and promotional items.
• Develop simple motion graphics videos such as explainers.
• Translate user journeys into compelling storytelling visuals.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation while preserving brand integrity.
