Job summary
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Multifunctional Field Technical Support professional to manage field installation, maintenance, and operation of Biometric Collection Capability (BCC) systems across military sites.
The role requires active DoD Secret clearance and frequent travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train end users on biometric equipment while working onsite with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or two (2) additional years of relevant experience
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience providing technical support
- Experience supporting Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) processes including NEF/NET/PI/Technical Field Support
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and field BCC devices at various military locations, including mobile and fixed-site systems
- Support Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) activities including NEF, NET, PI, and Technical Field Support
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of biometric hardware and software systems
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users, including responding to help desk tickets, phone calls, and email requests
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues across biometric systems and supporting infrastructure
- Deliver user training on the operation and maintenance of biometric equipment
