Job summary

Mirage is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to coordinate BIM models across projects in line with the BIM execution plan. The role involves leading clash detection, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring adherence to LOD and quality standards.

The candidate will support the production of drawings and documentation from BIM models, manage BIM federation, and help enforce project BIM standards while providing Revit/BIM training to the design team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field required.
• 7+ years of architectural BIM coordination experience in a consultancy environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Familiarity with UAE standards and BIM protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models across assigned projects in line with the project BIM execution plan.
• Lead clash detection and coordination reviews with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Ensure architectural BIM models meet quality, accuracy and level of development (LOD) requirements.
• Support the production of architectural drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
• Manage BIM model federation and coordination meetings with the wider design team.
• Support the development and enforcement of project BIM standards and protocols.
• Provide Revit and BIM coordination training and support to architectural team members.
• Support the preparation of BIM deliverables for client submissions and approvals.
