Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in Dubai seeks a BIM Manager to lead digital workflows, BIM standards and coordination across projects. You will supervise BIM technologists, collaborate with Design and Technology teams, and drive quality and process improvements for BIM content and deliverables.

The role requires extensive experience with Revit, BIM360, Dynamo, Navisworks, and related tools, along with leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years experience in BIM / AEC environments.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM workflow tools.

Responsabilités

• Leads definition, planning and documentation of digital work-flow strategies and data management for BIM on projects, in collaboration with BIM Leads and Design leaders.
• Coordinates BIM standards across offices, mentors junior staff, and manages BIM deliverables and project documentation.
• Develops BIM models, drawings and deliverables with Project Digital Coordinators and ensures quality control.
• Promotes BIM standards, trains staff, and manages BIM-related tools, workflows and vendor relations.
