Job summary

ALEC Holdings PJSC in the UAE (Dubai) is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across large-scale MEP data centre projects. You will drive model updates, clash detection, and cross-team coordination with design and site teams to meet programme requirements and high standards of constructability.

The role requires 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering, and strong Revit/Navisworks skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows.
• Strong collaboration and delivery mindset under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large-scale MEP projects.
• Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams.
• Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule.
• Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up-to-date as-built models.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages.
