Job summary

SupportFinity™ seeks a seasoned BI Developer to design, build, and maintain regulatory reporting solutions in a banking/financial services context. You will craft dashboards, automate reports, and optimize ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery for compliance with CB UAE requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ETL and BI, strong SQL skills, and experience with tools like Power BI, OBIE, Tableau, or Qlik.

Qualifications

• +7 years of experience in ETL development and BI reporting.
• Strong experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, OBIE, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Arabic language is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, OBIE, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all ETL processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.
