Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food Science, Beverage Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of beverage ingredients, formulation and sensory characteristics.
• Experience with food safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead local beverage innovation from concept to launch.
• Develop recipes and formats based on local trends and consumer insights.
• Translate consumer insights into relevant beverage concepts.
• Adapt global Starbucks concepts for local markets.
• Oversee prototyping, trials, sensory evaluations and validation.
• Manage end-to-end R&D, costing and documentation.
