Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Head of Product Development & Regulatory Affairs in Dubai to lead beverage NPD and regulatory compliance. The role covers formulation, scale‑up and end‑to‑end development for hydration/electrolyte and energy drinks.

The candidate should have 5+ years in beverage NPD/R&D and regulatory affairs, with strong knowledge of UAE/GCC, EU, UK or US regulations. You will liaise with manufacturers, labs, flavor houses and suppliers to ensure successful commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in beverage NPD/R&D and regulatory affairs.
• Experience with UAE/GCC and international food regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bridge formulation, scale-up and regulatory affairs for beverages.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, product registration, labeling and claims.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, labs and suppliers for trials and scale-up.
• Manage packaging, reformulation and continuous product improvement.
