Job summary

FashionUnited in Dubai is seeking a Senior Beauty Advisor to drive sales through exceptional service, extensive product knowledge, and leadership within the store. You will model service standards for junior teammates while executing key sales initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

Master cosmetics products, perform makeup applications, and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain stock presentation, oversee POS transactions, and support loyalty programs and visual merchandising

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beauty industry experience with cosmetics and skincare knowledge.
• Proven experience in selling beauty products and makeup application.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of cosmetics products and accessories.
• Demonstrate makeup application and selling skills to meet customer needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and link products to preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster loyalty.
• Greet customers and assist in selecting products for an enjoyable experience.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Ensure stock is well displayed and store standards are maintained.
• Handle POS transactions and balance the register at shifts' start/end.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support junior team members.
• Promote loyalty programs and cross-sell opportunities.
• Record inventory movement and maintain accurate reports.
• Be available for extended hours during sales or festive periods.
