Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking a Senior Bartender for Madinat Jumeirah Resort to deliver exceptional beverages and guest experiences across our luxury settings. You will craft cocktails and oversee service standards while maintaining a welcoming, high-end atmosphere for guests from around the world.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of luxury hospitality experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation, and a proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy resort bar

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Bartender in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service by beverage recommendations and personalized experiences.
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages.
Upsell menu items and specialty beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of beverages.
Follow health, safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.
