Qualifications

• Two-year minimum experience in a multi-cultural / 5-star hotel environment.
• Well-versed English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bar service, ensuring personalized guest attention and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare and mix cocktails and beverages according to set recipes with high presentation standards.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing bar setup with proper merchandise and equipment.
• Handle transactions efficiently with accurate drink preparation and processing.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the bar area clean and hygienic with ready glassware and equipment.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
