Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience and ensure service standards are met.
• Follow defined sequence of service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Handle cash and billing accurately.
• Use the POS for accurate order taking.
• Prepare mise-en-place for service as per standards.
• Collaborate with team for seamless service.
• Learn and apply beverage recipes accurately.
• Know ingredients, allergens, and presentation of dishes.
• Describe menu USP and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleaning and hygiene as per health and safety regulations.
