Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) seeks a seasoned coffee and beverage professional to champion coffee preparation and presentation across outlets. You will develop SOPs, elevate service delivery, and lead training to strengthen team capabilities.

In this role, you will oversee beverage stations, collaborate with culinary and service teams, ensure equipment readiness, and drive innovations in brewing methods for high-volume events and daily service. EKFC emphasizes quality and guest experience.

Qualificações

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Barista certification from a recognized institution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion consistent preparation and presentation of coffee across outlets.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for beverage service.
• Enhance team capabilities through training and coaching.
• Oversee beverage stations setup and upkeep for daily and event service.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to integrate coffee offerings.
• Ensure coffee equipment and supplies are maintained and ready.
• Drive product innovation with new brewing methods and seasonal offerings.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and hygiene policies.
• Partner with outlet and event managers to support operational goals.
