Job summary

Dorchester Collection Dubai is seeking a skilled Barista to manage beverage operations for our luxury hotel outlets. You will lead and train the service team, emphasizing coffee excellence and latte art, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences across the F&B program.

The role requires 2–3 years of professional barista experience within a five-star setting and advanced coffee certifications are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional barista experience in luxury hotel or high-end coffee settings.
• Advanced barista certifications from recognized bodies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global coffee origins, roasting, milk chemistry and latte art.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day beverage operations for the F&B outlet to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Train and mentor the service team with a focus on coffee expertise and latte art.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless presentation and inventory control.
• Design and curate bespoke beverage menus with a focus on specialty coffees and teas.
