Job summary

Talent21 seeks an experienced BASE24-eps Specialist to lead design, development and deployment of BASE24-eps applications in a Dubai-based team. You will drive environment readiness, oversee installs, and provide technical leadership to ensure smooth customer engagement.

You will manage critical incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures while mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge across the group.

• Review validate and execute install plans including environment rebuilds and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams and ensure effective customer engagement.
