Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced banking performance engineering specialist to drive performance testing and observability for core banking, payments, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

You will implement and optimize performance validation across APIs, events, and integration services using tools such as JMeter, Dynatrace, Grafana, and AI-assisted observability to ensure reliable, scalable banking platforms.

Qualifications

5-10+ years in banking performance engineering.
Experience in core banking, payments or high-volume digital transformation programs.
Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent, Dynatrace, Grafana and distributed tracing.
Understanding of API gateway, Kafka and microservice performance.
Experience with AI-assisted observability and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Validate the performance, scalability, resilience and operational readiness of APIs, events and integration services supporting high-volume banking journeys.
