Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building APIs and system integrations across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Hasura, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend integrations using Python and TypeScript.
• Build robust APIs and integration services enabling reliable communication between apps.
• Architect scalable solutions for complex integration requirements.
• Develop and optimize backend services focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions involving APIs, data flows, and interoperability.
• Overlap with U.S.-based team 2–4 hours daily, including West Coast hours.
