Job summary

Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior C++ Engineer to design and develop core derivatives trading systems, including order processing, risk controls, and real-time balances. You will build high-performance, concurrent architectures and collaborate with product, risk, and operations to implement trading rules.

The role requires 5+ years of C++ experience, strong Linux and network programming, and a focus on correctness, reliability, and optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years of C++ development experience.
Experience with high-performance, concurrent, or low-latency systems.
Strong understanding of memory management, templates, and the STL.
Experience with Linux systems programming and network programming (TCP/UDP).
Knowledge of CPU caches, NUMA, and performance analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Design and develop core derivatives trading systems covering order processing, position management, and real-time risk controls.
Design high-performance data structures, concurrency models, and event-processing mechanisms.
Collaborate with product, risk management, and operations to translate trading rules into verifiable implementations.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production troubleshooting to improve engineering quality.
