Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend engineering in Python.
• Strong technical leadership and architectural experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: open source contributions or AI/ML integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead data models, core backend infrastructure, and services in Python.
• Ship new features and scalable APIs with data ingestion pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and clients; shape product direction.
• Define standards and mentor backend team as we scale.
