Job summary

Dila Recruitment is seeking an Audio-Visual Manager in Ras Al Khaimah to oversee video production facilities and broadcast systems. You will install, test, and monitor AV equipment, coordinate AV links during broadcasts, and ensure safety standards are followed while addressing stakeholder requests.

The role requires strong English communication, expertise in photography and AV hardware, and the ability to work under pressure within a team-oriented global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced photography knowledge (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, lenses).
• Proficient with video cameras, production switchers and chroma keying.
• Experience with electronic engineering and AV communication systems.
• Strong understanding of SDI infrastructure.
• Excellent IT and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
• Good color vision and hearing.

Responsibilities

• Install and test facilities and equipment for video production and broadcast.
• Set up and monitor AV links and transmission during broadcasts.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair AV and broadcast systems.
• Design and install custom AV circuits and hardware.
• Follow safety standards and implement stakeholder requests.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stay current with tech trends.
