Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of technical experience with control systems and rotating machinery on project sites.
• Knowledge of Baker Hughes heavy-duty gas turbines or centrifugal compressors operation.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning activities for control systems hardware and software.
• Resolve non-conformities and technical issues with accountability.
• Act as technical reference for field and project engineers.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across products like heavy-duty turbines and compressors.
• Prepare and review trip investigations, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines and manage knowledge sharing.
• Ensure design reviews and safety procedures align with KPIs.
