Job summary

The role leads RCFA, Asset Performance Management and Reliability Centered Maintenance studies, applying predictive methods and lifecycle analysis to improve availability and reduce maintenance costs while safeguarding safety and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least six years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience.
• Minimum three years in reliability engineering within oil and gas.
• Proven RCFA experience and knowledge of RBI concepts.
• Strong ability to develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCFA investigations for critical equipment failures.
• Perform Asset Performance Management studies on key assets.
• Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance studies for major systems.
• Apply predictive maintenance tools and condition-monitoring data.
• Develop reliability reports, performance indicators and recommendations.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
