Job summary

TotalEnergies Lubricants Blending UAE seeks an experienced Plant Assistant Manager - Projects & Maintenance to lead maintenance, planning and execution in line with safety, energy efficiency and production targets. You will manage capex processes, collaborate with TotalEnergies HQ on long-term investment plans, and ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards while coordinating with contractors and authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation) or equivalent.
• PMP/PM certification is preferred for project management.
• Experience in project management and asset integrity in a multi-national lubricant facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance, project planning and execution aligned with production, safety and energy goals.
• Manage capex planning, AFEs and tender evaluations with stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, MOC and PSSR activities with vendors and HSE teams.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
