Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a seasoned Maintenance Leader to oversee planned and unplanned industrial maintenance across depots, terminals, LPG plants and pipelines in the region. You will drive execution, ensure safety and reliability, and coordinate with Operations and HSE to maintain high standards of integrity.

You will direct engineers and supervisors, monitor performance metrics, and steer continuous improvement while optimizing resources and costs to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation.
• 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in maintenance and operations role, including 5 years in managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance planning and execution across ADNOC Distribution depots, terminals, LPG plants, tanks and pipelines to ensure timely completion and optimum cost.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works per ADNOC standards and HSE guidelines.
• Direct maintenance engineers and supervisors, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality management systems and safety requirements.
• Coordinate planned maintenance programs and provide guidance on technical matters related to Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Mechanical Systems.
• Manage external contractors, prepare work scopes for maintenance projects, and optimize resource utilization.
