Job summary

Anghami, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Artist Relations Lead to serve as the primary liaison for artists and their management. You will own the Anghami Elite and Sawt Jdeed programs, build trusted partnerships, and ensure artist voices inform Music, Editorial, Marketing, Social, PR, Product, Events and more.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in A&R, artist relations, or the wider music industry.
• Deep understanding of the MENA music ecosystem and relationships with artists, managers, labels and industry stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with artists and their teams.
• Strong understanding of artist careers, release cycles, and regional industry dynamics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own Anghami Elite and Sawt Jdeed artist partnerships, lead identification, outreach, relationships, negotiations, and monthly commitments.
• Build and nurture artist relationships with artists, managers, labels, and teams; provide ongoing support beyond campaigns.
• Act as the artist's internal representative; bring feedback and needs into internal discussions.
• Connect artists with internal opportunities across Music, Editorial, Marketing, Social, PR, Product, Events, and more.
• Identify artists and emerging talents in the MENA ecosystem and advise on partnerships.
• Develop quarterly artist workshops and masterclasses across the MENA region (≥4 per year).
• Support artist development by connecting them with Anghami tools, content opportunities, and platform initiatives.
• Represent Anghami at industry events to strengthen relationships and uncover partnerships.
• Provide industry intelligence to inform Music team strategy and programming.
• Partner with Head of Music Marketing to translate priorities into opportunities for artists.
• Liaise with artists to communicate Anghami’s brand and grow brand love.
