Spotify is seeking an Artist & Label Partnerships Manager for the Maghreb region, covering Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Based on-site in Dubai, you will report to the regional Head of Music and sit at the heart of Spotify’s MENAT+ music team, driving high-level release strategies and day-to-day growth with artists and partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Music Mission team owns Spotify’s end to end proposition for music creators and the experiences they create for fans.
• The team is dedicated to building tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale.
• We’re looking for a strategic-minded, execution-oriented Artist & Label Partnerships Manager for the Maghreb region, covering Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
• You’ll join Spotify’s Music team in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & Pakistan (MENAT+) region and report to the regional Head of Music.
• You’ll sit at the heart of the music ecosystem, moving between high-level release strategies and the day-to-day work that drives artist and business growth.
• You’ll build trusted relationships across the industry, bring deep knowledge of the Maghreb music landscape to Spotify, and help artists and partners make the most of our platform.
