Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based leading developer, seeks an Senior Architectural Manager to lead supervision across high-rise projects from foundation to handover. You will ensure architectural quality, design intent, and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in architecture with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Experience in Consultant Supervision firms and high-rise tower projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other review software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural supervision activities across high-rise tower projects, from foundation through handover.
• Review and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and design teams to resolve architectural discrepancies and design queries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of architectural finishes, facades, and detailing.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defence) and building codes.
• Manage snagging/de‑snagging processes and ensure timely closure of architectural non‑conformances.
• Review RFIs, technical submittals, and variation requests related to architectural scope.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, site architects, and architectural inspectors.
• Liaise with consultants and PMC teams to track architectural progress against project schedule.
• Prepare and present architectural progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance standards are maintained throughout construction.
• Support handover process including snag lists, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation review.

• Sound knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority approval processes, and construction standards
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and other architectural design/review software
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, materials, and finishing systems for high-rise developments
