Job summary

Exeed National General Contracting in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Architect/Technical Engineer with strong design knowledge and hands-on GCC project experience to lead architectural and technical design efforts on exciting construction projects.

You will coordinate with consultants, manage technical documentation, ensure compliance with codes, and support on-site quality and project delivery using AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• GCC experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design and technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop architectural and technical designs in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and submittals.
• Provide technical support during project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any design or technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
