Job summary

Uinge Mz in Dubai seeks a highly qualified Architect to lead design and technical development of interior fit-out and wooden joinery projects. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate with geoscience, production and drilling teams to support upstream project delivery.

The role requires a degree in architecture, 5+ years UAE experience, DM and SOE registration, a UAE Driving License, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• A degree in architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or wooden joinery.
• Must be registered with Dubai Municipality (DM) and a member of the Society of Engineers (SOE).
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and specifications for interior fit-out and joinery projects;
• Manage the submission and approval of all drawings with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities;
• Ensure all designs and site work comply with local regulations, codes, and client requirements;
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure design integrity;
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction and maintain current industry knowledge.
