Project Manager - Design Residential

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design development of high‑profile residential projects, including the iconic Azizi Venice and Azizi Opera. The role is based at the Design Studio in Dubai and reports to the Project Director – Residential.

Role Overview

Manage the design process from concept through execution, coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams, review design documentation for compliance, oversee scheduling and budgeting, identify risks, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design development of residential projects from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review and validate design documentation, drawings, and specifications for compliance with local authority requirements and UAE regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify design risks, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions to maintain project progress.
• Ensure integration of sustainability, innovation, and value engineering principles in all design stages.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, project directors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support professional development and design excellence.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in design management for residential or mixed‑use projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and residential project design standards.
• Proven experience working on high‑rise or large‑scale residential developments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
