Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–12 years of experience in civil construction procurement, UAE-based.
• Knowledge of procurement techniques and strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage a Purchasers team.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and executes procurement activities for materials and services subcontracts.
• Implements procurement strategies to meet cost-saving targets.
• Manages procurement subcontractor design activities across projects.
• Coordinates with Contracts Cost Control for approved budgets.
• Prepares cost comparison statements for management approval.
• Ensures procurement transactions comply with legal and contractual requirements.
• Evaluates proposals for vendor selection and technical submittals.
• Negotiates with vendors.
